Why Reed Leverton?

My experiences as a trial lawyer, mediator, former district judge and in business are primarily in the areas of family law, personal injury, professional negligence, securities and commercial real estate development. While my mediation practice tends to focus on these types of cases, I have been involved in a wide variety of disputes and consider myself qualified to effectively mediate just about any case imaginable.

While I was a judge I presided over more than 1,000 civil cases. I am committed to the idea that 99% of the time a court of law is the last and worst place to resolve a civil dispute, and that parties to litigation can get on with their lives faster, cheaper and with much greater ease through the use of mediation.

I cannot guarantee results. What I can guarantee however, is that your case will receive my utmost attention and dedication. Simply put, my number one goal is to work with you to reach a settlement that all parties will consider fair, while at the same time helping you to avoid the potential nightmare that waits at the courthouse.
